Juan Ortega II is a licensed Realtor® at Cass Real Estate with deep roots in Portland, Texas, and a strong commitment to serving his community. He graduated from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Chemistry. With a background in emergency medical services and public safety, Juan brings discipline, clear communication, and a calm, client-first approach to every real estate transaction.  Juan’s experience ranges from coordinating contracts and market analyses to managing showings and open houses with professionalism and care. His ability to stay organized under pressure and his dedication to helping others make him a dependable guide for anyone buying or selling a home.

Outside of real estate, Juan continues to give back as a volunteer firefighter and EMT, and enjoys playing lacrosse, leading community initiatives, and staying active in local events.
